Yes! For paid competitions, you can purchase multiple tickets up to any maximum limit set for that competition. Postal entries and referral reward tickets also count towards this limit. For free competitions, you can enter up to the per-person entry limit shown on the competition page.

After ID verification (usually 24-48 hours), physical prizes are dispatched via tracked courier. UK delivery typically takes 2-5 business days, and you'll receive tracking information by email. Digital prizes or vouchers are delivered instantly after verification.

Winners have 48 hours from the notification email to claim their prize via the dashboard. If the prize remains unclaimed after this period, we conduct a redraw to select an alternate winner from the remaining ticket holders. This ensures fairness to all participants who entered the competition.
